SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY Every sitter joining Rover’s platform Rover is background-checked and their profile is verified for your peace of mind. With high, 5-star ratings for most sitters, you can rest assured your unique pet is in good hands. All stays are backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in vet care for eligible claims, plus you get 24/7 support and can make secure payments. Book a trusted dog walker or sitter on Rover with confidence.

ENSURE EACH SITTER IS A GOOD FIT FOR YOUR PET Connect with pet sitters in-person before you book, so you can make sure it’s a good fit for your pet. Sitters can learn about your pet’s unique quirks, their eating and sleeping habits, as well as get to know your pet before they begin caring for them.

PEACE OF MIND WHILE YOU’RE AWAY Get extra peace of mind while you’re away with video and photo updates about your pet, so you’ll always know how things are going. Real-time messages and in-app chat with your sitter help you easily stay connected. Dog walkers on Rover can send detailed walk reports via report cards, which include GPS routes, walk details, and more for extra reassurance that your dog is out enjoying themselves. It also makes it easier to track dog walks and see how far your dog goes each time.

A HASSLE-FREE BOOKING EXPERIENCE Booking new services and making recurring bookings is easier than ever with the Rover app. Find trusted sitters, make bookings, and pay with secure payments and saved payment methods. With over 200k+ sitters to choose from (and over 95% with 5-star ratings and reviews), you can read real reviews from pet parents and book the perfect sitter for your unique pet.
